Places roll of cellophane on spindle and threads cellophane through guides and tension rollers into machine. Starts heating unit that seals cellophane wrapper. Starts machine and turns thumbscrews to set guides and regulate tension of cellophane fed into machine. Inspects cigars for defective banding or wrapping. Packs wrapped cigars in boxes.
